Representation in Tech

Over the course of the last year, Impression has launched a range of internal initiatives to specifically address the challenge of diversity, equality and inclusion within our company and our industry. We hope to be able to tackle the barriers currently in place to drive a representative workforce for the future.

Through this area on our site, we hope to educate readers on the importance of representation in tech and raise awareness of the issues faced by underrepresented communities. We aim to provide a platform to allow minority groups to share their views and experiences and to be heard. Whilst we acknowledge there is still a long way to go, we will continue to strive for better equality and hope to encourage others to join us in promoting and championing representation in tech.
