About this event
The ‘Think Inclusive’ roadshow is jam-packed with some of the best and brightest minds in the world of Diversity and Inclusion and Social Mobility. Your D+I is on a mission to create a community that shares best practices so come with questions and ideas about how we can help each other become more inclusive!

The speakers
Our very own People Director Zoë Ogden spoke at the event and shared the ways in which Impression has worked to improve its own D&I. Zoë talked openly and honestly about where we were, where we are now and where we aspire to be in the future. Sharing which initiatives have helped us to be a more inclusive employer and about how we’ll continue to champion a diverse and inclusive working environment.
