We’re excited to announce that Impression has been shortlisted for Performance Marketing Agency of the Year in Campaign’s Agency of the Year awards.
The awards celebrate the digital marketing industry, recognising the very best agencies, their talent and internal culture. The judging panel consists of almost 20 leading client marketers from around the UK. Each entry is reviewed and scored by each judge individually before they all come together to discuss every shortlisted entry in the final judging stage.
Our submission required us to share information about our culture, talent, internal processes, leadership, business performance and more.
We’re really proud to have been recognised for such a prestigious award alongside other inspirational, reputable agencies. Impression wouldn’t be where it is without its people. They are our very best asset and collectively help to drive the business forward, shaping it into the agency it is today.
As highlighted in our entry, we’re particularly proud of how we’ve nurtured and grown our teams, implementing new processes and ways of working to ensure that we attract and retain the very best people. We’re making great progress in regards to our diversity and inclusion commitments, wider impact efforts and internal policies – but we know we still have work to do – we will continue to explore opportunities, to grow, to be more and to be better.
