Joining Impression in May 2021, I have over 10 years of marketing experience, with the last 6 spent working agency side. I’ve worked on hundreds of client accounts across various sectors, and from SME to FTSE 250.
I have always had a genuine passion for building relationships, and found I could focus this within the client success space. I love learning about client’s businesses – what their short and long term goals are, where the best opportunities lay, who their audience is and what their culture is like. I bring all of this information back to our teams to make sure we align the strategy, delivery and service to best work with our clients and help achieve those business goals.
Outside of work, I’m a besotted parent who loves to bake and travel!
