Meet the Team

Client Success Director. Joined Impression in May 2021.

Before joining Impression, I spent 6 years at digital marketing agency, Aira. I started as a digital marketing consultant then moved into account management where I ended up building out the department and managing a team of 8.

My day to day sees me spending my time mostly reviewing internal and client queries, reviewing CS processes and efficiencies, making changes to work more effectively and evolving our relationship with clients and partnerships overall.

Something that I’m really proud of:
I’m really proud of the skills I’ve gained over the last few years, learning how to really get the most out of a partnership so it benefits both the client and the agency. I’m also proud of my baking skills – I’m a self taught baker and used to do this professionally. It’s really nice to be able to make cakes that make people’s faces light up! Last but not least, I’m proud of my little clever (but cheeky) son. He is so clever and is advanced in all core subjects at school.

Outside of work:
It usually involves eating food and drinking gin, and prior to covid it would be travelling multiple times a year, but lately I’m spending a lot of time renovating my property! I also enjoy frequently going for bike rides and, of course, spending time with my son.
