We’re excited to share that we’ve been nominated for two Company Culture Awards!
At Impression, we’ve worked hard to create a culture to be proud of but we know that there are always improvements that can be made. That’s why we continually invest in new initiatives to make Impression a great place to work. For example, we recently enhanced our benefits offering following focus group sessions to find out what’s important to our workforce. We’ll continue to explore opportunities to be more and better for our people, and we’ll always consider the wider impact that our decisions have on others. For now though, we’re truly thrilled to have had our efforts recognised in the form of an award nomination.
These particular awards celebrate companies that nurture their workforce, offer career development, reward good work and create a workplace environment that is beyond just an office space, even when remote.
