For that reason, we invest a lot in our team development, working culture and the recruitment process itself. For years now, that’s included working with the local universities to help develop graduate talent alongside employing much more experienced digital professionals.
We were therefore thrilled to find out our efforts have been recognised with a shortlist position in the AGCAS Award for Careers Service Engagement. This is one of the prestigious TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards.
According to the AGCAS website, “the award focuses on employers who develop and sustain good working relationships with higher education careers and employability services. The AGCAS Award for Careers Service Engagement promotes the important contribution many employers make to the work of careers and employability services. Voted for by careers and employability professionals, the award recognises those employers who provide outstanding support for careers services’ work with students and graduates.”
Speaking of the shortlist, Tom Craig, co-founder of Impression, said: “It’s been a really exciting period of growth for Impression.
