Who could have predicted that, just under 3 years after we employed our first member of staff, we’d be shortlisted in FOUR categories at the European Search Awards? Not us, that’s for sure!

So imagine our amazement when, at a ceremony in Krakow, Poland, last night, we won the prestigious Best Small PPC Agency award. Wow!

We’re absolutely thrilled to have won. It’s been such an exciting year for us already as an agency and, in our PPC team and across the business, we’ve welcomed a range of new clients and new team members on board. To win this award is an incredible way to recognise the work of the entire team, and we’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved together.

What does the best small PPC agency award mean?

The European Search Awards are very well regarded in our industry. Many of the UK and Europe’s top digital agencies entered with campaigns that spanned small budget implementations to huge budget, high profile work with some of the world’s leading brands.

To enter, we were required to submit an application which outlined a selection of the campaigns we’re working on, across search and social, and to clearly demonstrate how each campaign has performed against targets and how we used innovative techniques to drive stronger results. The campaigns we entered with included:

  • Online retailer achieves 28% uplift in revenue and 22% reduction in spend, driven by Google Shopping feed optimisation and better strategic decisions led by product margin knowledge and stock levels
  • Finance business achieves better quality leads and higher conversion rates, driven by ad copy optimisation and split testing across ads and website
  • Clothing brand achieves 453% revenue uplift, driven by Google Shopping feed optimisation combined with targeted remarketing across search and social
  • Leisure brand achieves 160% increase in new leads, driven by in depth query analysis and implementation of granular, targeted local campaigns
