We’re extremely proud to announce that at last night’s RAR Digital Awards, we were named best Search Agency and best Digital Strategists in the Under 40 Staff Category.

The RAR awards are based solely on our client’s testimonials and are the only award to truly reflect the experience that the client receives from a business. Our clients were asked to rank us and to provide feedback on our range of services. Both the awards we received are a testament to our hard work that we have invested in our clients and their results.

It is a huge honour for us to be recognised by our clients for our efforts in Digital Strategy again this year, as we picked up the same award at 2017’s ceremony and hope that we can defend this title at future ceremonies!

Director of Impression, Tom Craig said:

“We’re delighted to have retained our Digital Strategy award from 2017, and to have won an additional award for our performance as a Search Agency. The Recommended Agency Register (RAR) awards are fantastic, as they’re purely based on client feedback, which is independently verified. We’ve had a good run with awards so far in 2018, and these provide recognition for our team and really validate the value of work we’re producing for our clients.

From attending the RAR awards in 2017, we knew we were up against some talented UK based agencies, but to take home two awards this year has exceeded our expectations. To have been recommended by our clients is something that we can be extremely proud of as we continue to grow our agency and deliver work for our clients. Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction to the highest level, and the awards received at the RAR awards are a testament to that.”

Following another year of amazing growth here at Impression and an incredible year for awards and recognition, we are still shortlisted for ‘Best Digital Team’ and ‘Best Use of SEO’ at the UK Digital Experience Awards next month. The recognition we have been receiving is confirmation of our customer service and work levels that our SEO, PPC, PR and Web teams have been producing and we are incredibly grateful for our clients’ exceedingly positive reviews.

Office Manager

I joined the Impression team in December 2016, after deciding to pursue a much-needed career change. I joined the team as an office manager, whilst completing my level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration. Since completing my apprenticeship, I have since progressed to a level 4 apprenticeship in Digital Marketing, whilst working within the SEO team. In my spare time, you can find me either on the sofa binge-watching a TV series or watching star wars. Or, when I'm feeling more adventurous, trying new places to eat and exploring a different cities nightlife, obviously with a gin in hand.
