Meet the Team
Head of CRO. Joined Impression in September 2020.
I have worked in digital marketing since 2008, starting out as an SEO executive. Whilst working at a previous agency, I showed an interest in conversion rate optimisation and was given the task to set up and build a CRO department and service offering. I am now doing the same for Impression.
My day to day role is a mixture of client strategy, data analysis, tea and communication. Briefing and liaising with outsource designers and developers who help to build our designs and tests. Always be testing.
Something that I’m proud of:
I run an internet radio station called House Nation UK. Since 2007, I have helped to build into a recognised house music brand.
Outside of work:
I enjoy swimming, finding new craft ales to drink and playing music.
