Client Success Manager. Joined Impression in May 2021.
Before working at Impression, I was in a project management role for 6 years where I managed key accounts and helped to grow the business which was a start-up when I joined. It was during this time that I became passionate about building strong relationships, applying my skills and knowledge to facilitate smooth customer journeys.
At Impression, my day to day involves regularly communicating with internal delivery teams and clients, making sure our clients are getting the most out of our service, implementing process improvements and project management. I enjoy getting to know more about my clients and their business, learning about their needs and finding innovative ways to help them in achieving both short term and long term goals.
