Meet the Team

Finance Director. Joined Impression in July 2021.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked in a variety of different industries in senior finance roles, from Rank Hovis to Software Design and even a charity. For me, I’ve realised it’s all about a company’s culture and I feel it’s important to work somewhere that you feel you can fit in. Somewhere that not only really cares about its employees but is also forward thinking, and so when I started to look for my next opportunity, Impression seemed like an obvious choice.

Day to day I focus on tasks such as accounts reconciliation and posting, creating and updating company policies, supporting the operations board with financial decisions and much more!

Something that I’m really proud of:
I am proud of my career to date. In each role I have had, I have made a solid contribution whilst also being able to invest time into my own personal development. I’m committed to learning and I have recently completed a LSE course to further improve my corporate finance knowledge skills.

Outside of work:
You can find me with my earbuds in, listening to a podcast on topics like health optimisation or something completely different like true crime! I love walking, travelling, dining out and great coffee. I’m also partial to escaping with a great novel or binging on a NetFlix series.
