Meet the Team
Client Success Lead. Join Impression in September 2019.
In 2013 I graduated from the University of Lincoln with a Management and Marketing degree. I’ve worked in account management ever since, working in a range of different industries. I’ve been responsible for managing both digital and offline marketing projects for brands such as GSK, Walgreen Boots Alliance and DHL just to name a few. No matter the industry or the project type, I’ve always done my best to manage each project to the best of my ability right from initial conception to completion.
I was the first to join the Client Success team at Impression and I’ve helped to build and grow the department to where it is today. Since joining, I’m proud to have progressed from client success manager, to senior client success manager to client success lead.
Day to day, I spend my time working closely with my clients, understanding their needs and suggesting the best way that Impression can help them to achieve their objectives and unlock their full growth potential. I take ultimate responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of projects and go above and beyond to develop strong, lasting partnerships. I also spend time building out internal processes to support the wider CS team and business and overseeing my teams accounts.

Outside of work:
I really enjoy keeping fit, regularly attending orange theory (which is so hard!) I’m also a keen traveller and spending time with my friends.
