My key aim when working closely with accounts is to understand the needs from a client and where our agency Impression can help. My main responsibilities going forward are to ensure the smooth running of projects, meeting client objectives successfully and achieving company goals.Outside of work I enjoy travelling the world and socialising with friends. I am also not adverse to a night on the sofa catching up on the latest box set!
I am Libby the new Client Services Manager here at Impression.
I graduated from the University of Lincoln studying management and marketing. Since then I have worked for over 6 years in account management over a number of industries spanning across both digital and offline marketing projects, working across a number of accounts for GSK, Walgreen Boots Alliance and DHL to just name a few. Working predominantly in London for the last few years, I’ve always done my best to manage projects to the best of my ability right from initial conception to completion.
